Short-Term Rental and Using Agreement

Rental Property
The rental property consists of a furnished and fully equipped apartment or commercial space with a kitchen, WC, shower, bedroom, and furniture. If this apartment or commercial space is used for business purposes, no work materials of any kind are provided as part of the rental.
Rental Period
Usually Sunday to Sunday or by appointment. The desired rental period must be booked early via email or Whatsapp and is binding. If the pick-up cannot be taken, it must be cancelled at least 7 days before the start. If not, the full rent for the booked time must be paid.
Rent Price and Payment Terms
The rent includes all ancillary costs including electricity consumption and is to be paid at the beginning of the rental in cash and in sFr. to be paid, at least sFr. 250.—and the rest in the current week. For postal payments, an additional fee of sFr. 5.—.
Deposit
The rental property is handed over in perfect and clean condition. The tenant is responsible for cleaning during the rental period. A deposit of CHF 100.— is required, which will be used to cover any necessary additional cleaning after the rental period or damages caused by gross negligence.
Tenant’s Responsibilities
The tenant is required to keep the rental property clean, follow house rules, and strictly observe quiet hours. Careful use of the rental property and prevention of damage to the landlord’s property is expected.
Use of the Rental Property
The rental property can be used commercially for erotic services. Any work permits, registrations and registration procedures must be carried out by the tenants themselves, as the rental/using contract only includes the rental use of the rental property. (Links)
Spezial
The landlord is in no way involved in the turnover/profit of any profit of the tenant through services rendered, but merely claims the agreed rental price.
Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is the registered business location of the letter.
